We haven’t walked the dusty roads, or stood in the middle of a village in Kenya, or held the hands of the children we’re going to meet.
But somehow… their story has already started changing us.
Because we know they’re there.
Waiting.
A Child We Haven’t Met Yet
Somewhere in Kenya, there’s a little boy who wakes up early—not because he wants to, but because hunger doesn’t let him sleep.
He doesn’t know what he’ll eat that day.
He doesn’t know if anyone is coming.
He doesn’t know that people, miles away, are even thinking about him.
But today, we are.
And soon, we want to be there with him.
Why We’re Going
This mission trip isn’t about travel.
It’s not about taking pictures or checking a box.
It’s about showing up—fully, intentionally, and with love.
We’re going to sit with families.
To listen to their stories.
To bring food, clothing, and support.
But more than anything…
We’re going to remind them they are not forgotten.
The Part No One Talks About
Here’s the truth most people don’t say out loud:
We can’t do this alone.
As much as the heart is ready, the mission needs resources.
Every meal we plan to serve…
Every child we hope to reach…
Every supply we want to carry…
