Pastor Crandal Rankins faithfully served Dorcas Destiny International as a member of our Board of Directors and left a lasting legacy within our ministry.

A Heart for Ministry Leaders

In March 2024, Pastor Crandal launched DDI’s weekly F.I.R.E. Bible Fellowship, created to equip, encourage, and strengthen pastors and ministry leaders in Kenya.

Each Saturday, he faithfully taught and invested in ministry leaders, sharing biblical teaching and encouragement. He continued this ministry until his health declined in 2026.

The F.I.R.E. Bible Fellowship continues today through a rotation of teachers, carrying forward the ministry Crandal began and his desire to strengthen those serving others.

Creating Opportunities for Children

Crandal was also instrumental in securing 13 sponsorships and scholarships through his fraternity relationships. Through these connections, he helped provide educational opportunities for children in Kenya and opened doors for them to pursue a brighter future.

A Lasting Legacy

Crandal found his place in the story of Dorcas Destiny International through his faithful service, generosity, and commitment to others.

The ministry he helped establish continues. The children whose lives were impacted through sponsorships and scholarships continue to have opportunities for their future. And the pastors and ministry leaders he encouraged continue to serve their communities.

His place in our story remains through the lives he touched and the work he helped make possible.
